The supreme 4, aka the Spin Emperors consist of Xhaka, Zac, Shu, and Lui.
And if you're going to count Valt as a member, then Zac still is as well, since he was in the top 4 of the tournament with Valt.

Lui. No doubt in my mind. Both Valt and Shu lost to Lui, therefore Lui must be best.

Currently the best is Lui for his recent wins against valt and shu . But we have to wait because valt still hasn't found fully connection with his bey.And when that happens we will see a whole other valt.

Yea it would but the difference maybe that Lui was facing shu in a world tournament and not in a national tournament which decides who the best Is plus seeing how of a monster nightmare longinus is for Shu it could be said it's a payment for him specially unlike the first two spriggans who broken into half longinus wasn't broken but shattered into pieces literally but yea I kind of agree it's a payment for one spriggan

I think that Spriggan Requiem is going to be awful in real life because the metal is going to be too heavy for the rubber to absorb any spin. But in the anime, definitely.
