A fully "awakened" V2 is not that hard to beat
D2/aC/K2/N/bR/kS/dF.Most core+frame disks.Stamina Driver can probably do the job

Fusion? Why would you use that anyway? Also, L2 is an odd choice, but not impossible. L2GR is a bit wacky, but should be enough. Do you have other layers like B2? B2GC is enough to beat most dual layer combos imo.
