Legend Spriggan 7Meteor/Vortex/Cross Xtreme/Iron
Reasons:
Legend Spriggan is a very powerful attack type layer because of good teeth and great contact points. 7 is the heaviest core disk in the game and Meteor is the heaviest Frame. Xtreme is better than accel on Legend Spriggan because accel makes Legend Spriggan bouncy so xtreme is a better option. Extreme also makes good use of Legend Spriggans contact points. Iron also makes Legend Spriggan less bouncy from what I tested.

I don't know why but I found out that S.5V.S is great.
That'a just for Stamina,though.

For attack,try lS.0/1/7 R/U.Sp/Hn
Right spin.
Angled Launch(not too much).
If you use 1 disc,launch it flat would be fine,too.
