In beyblade burst evolution who would you consider valt's "rival" to be? Like how gingka had ryuga. Who would the ryuga be for burst evolution?

Not exactly Ryuga-like, but Shuu is believed to be his main rival, either him or Lui

Burst is more grounded. As Kai-V said everyone is his rival just as any and all of your blader friends can be your rivals.
