There are none, and it seems that nobody has ever opened a topic in the WBO Beyblade Communities - Europe forum to try to gather local Bladers either. We used to have a Spanish forum but it became entirely inactive; hopefully that is why there is no thread dedicated to Spain.
You should create it, with a clear prefix tag in the title, in that forum.
