So i was watching 1234Beyblades video and he kept saying LAD and Perfect Balance. what do they mean?

I believe a lad would be referring to a male individual in old British slang terms. For example "going out for a cold one with the lads" is a way it can be used.

Life After Death is when a bey can spin on it's side even after toppling, and perfect balance is when the blades parts are lined up so that the blade wobbles less and has better distribution.
