I´ve been wondering this for a while now. What exactly does Valkyrie´s reboot do?

Reboot has a semi-flat that pops out at the beginning of the battle. When the Bey loses spin, the semi-flat retracts, and the Jaggy-like touches the stadium floor "speeding" up the bey. Basically, its a weaker version of Big Bang Pegasus' Final Drive tip.
