That would probably require taking out those metal things (Screws, Nail, I dont know what they are tbh) but idk how to take them out, I also want to take that out of hasbro burst launchers and put metal fight prongs, dont know how useful that would be though.

If it's a Beylauncher then it should be fine, if it's a light launcher though, that's practically asking for broken fears.
Just unscrew the screws and it'll come apart easy

No, you cannot remove the rivets from Drivers without destroying either the plastic part of the Driver or the rivets themselves.
