Combine this with a launch technique that allows for targeted attacks and Raijin has the upper hand. Nova Dragoon is a right spin bey with extreme weight and is much heavier than Raijin. The Engulf driver makes Nova way faster as well.

A little better but less friction means greater stamina but longer acceleration times. If you don't mind may I suggest a Change? It is an Assault sized Metal flat with a fixed rubber ring for movement changes and speed boosts, at the cost of stamina. The Flat is slightly rounded for increased stamina.

This jet driver is a lot more efficient with its stamina.

This jet is slightly based of Sonars counter driver. (counter is a bearing drive from the metal saga with a fixed rubber ring.)
Stamina wise Counter can out spin Jet but jet has more movement.

Also good job on describing the click gimmick. Slightly reminds me of endless Ouroboros (it is a stamina type where on its last click the two snakes close the gap reaching "Eternity form".) But with a disk. eO has a built in disk.

A few days later Free joined BC Sol and Ali lost his cool .He hated the fact the Free just showed up beating everyone. He even decide to stop blading for a year. When he heard Free left Bc Sol and went to the rageing bulls. That was his chance to show everyone that he was the best, not Free. When he showed up at Bc Sol, everyone knew exactly who he was, well everyone except Valt of course. When Valt found out that he was a Legendary Blader, he wanted to battle him more then anything. In fact everyone did. Ali was a nice guy so he battle everyone to learn there battle techniques and to give them advise. Chris was so excited that Ali had joined the team, she knew she had already one the world leauge.After battling everyone, it was him against Valt. Omega A-bomb is a Balance type of all three types,so he has the advantage over anyone. It can also spin counterclockwise and clockwise. They get ready and 3 2 1 let it rip. A-Bomb goes for the defence and takes the middle ,Valtryek goes for an attack and Valtryek bursted first contact. Ali Says "everyone did a good job,but your not ready for the world leauge, you need to train harder". Silas asked who Ali thinks is the strongest,he says "Its not about strength, its about how decated you are". On the other hand Ashtem wants Ali on his team in america,but Ali wants to face Free, not be his teammate. Ali ends up claiming his place as top and says he will never stop blading again.

Is Aether Dragoon Seraph Dragoon's Chouzetsu evolution? Or is a side branch that has gimmicks but has the weight and power to keep up with chouzetsu layers. (Like lyric Aeros and muted Sonar. Having the weight to match chouzetsu but gimmicks.)
