Also; let's end childhood poverty? Why put that with no explanation on how you will be trying to achieve that by having this Beyblade tournament?

You need to pass the Organizers' Quiz and propose the event officially like everyone else. You also need to have a few confirmed participants first, so just use the topic that exists for your region and ask whether people are available on a date at least two weeks in advance, and without giving a specific address.
