Date of Beyblade's start in CoroCoro? - Zii - Jan. 21, 2010
So, according to the back page of vol1 of the manga (English/Australian; Chuang Yi), the initial publication was in 2000, making this year Beyblade anime/manga canon's 10th birthday. Party hats and cake for all. xD
Somebody on deviantART asked me if I knew the exact date of the start of the manga, so that'd be when chapter 1 was published in CoroCoro. Does somebody in the know, or somebody who collects CoroCoro know the answer to this? Thanks

From what I understand, chapter 0 was released around August 15th 2008 in the September issue, and chapter 1 was shown around September 15th 2008 in the October issue.

Hmm. In your first reply I'd misread 1998 and thought to myself 'duh, the year in the back of the manga is when the VOLUME was first released'... which obviously still applies x_X So I'm half a year late pointing it out to people, oh well. Thanks again.
I didn't think of checking Japan's Wikipedia, just the English one.
