Selling customize grip base - Beyblader101_ - Feb. 22, 2017 If you really need a dragoon v2's customize grip base, u came to the right place. I'll let it go for around 18SGD (edited: 10SGD) (shipping price not inclusive). Tell me if it's too expensive, I don't really need it and if I can find my Spike Dragoon AR, I'll sell that as well.[Image: zSJaC] pm for more pictures. condition is around 8.5/10. paypal only. edit: pics here [Image: tCR6ysa.jpg] [Image: iH0ClKn.jpg] RE: Selling customize grip base - SwitchBladr - Feb. 26, 2017 not only is it well overpriced, nobody just wants a base. in addition, your one looks really yellow-ish, and youre also covering the stickers (hardly going to get much attention). You're aware it's a top tier part right? RE: Selling customize grip base - SwitchBladr - Feb. 27, 2017 (Feb. 26, 2017 9:00 PM)Ultra Wrote: You're aware it's a top tier part right? With all the new Beyblade series out, do many people play with plastics I'm not entirely sure. Nevertheless its an easily obtainable part, and if you spend just a little more, you're essentially getting a NIB/mint bey hence why it's not worth the price put up. Also consider shipping cost. Yes lots of people still play with. Tournaments still happen for them. For someone who is not a collector and just wants to play with them buying just the base isn't dumb since all you really want are the base parts. RE: Selling customize grip base - Beyblader101_ - Mar. 01, 2017 the yellowish was my flash. anyways ill bring the price down soon. Lets say after shipping it comes up towards $30 - for about 10$ more you can get a NIB one, or definitely a full blade. That was the point of my argument. I understand sometimes people want just a particular parts like for the sake of argument, a Poseidon attack ring, will definitely be worth a lot because it is such a rare bey, but this being such a common bey, I personally didn't feel the price was justified. That's MY opinion for the seller to consider and the fact that it looked really discoloured as Dragoons tend to turn yellow easily.. Whether you agree/disagree that's your opinion. Agreed it is pretty expensive for just the blade base. Some people even sell the whole bey used for like 20$ so the base alone for $18 is a bit much. Maybe if he lowers the price to like 10$ then if it's a top tier part then I assume it would sell. We do have plastic tourneys but last time I was on here it was the plastic rememberance day event years ago. Exactly my point! bear in mind 18$ was just the base price, then factor in paypal conversion/fees/shipping... whether its a competitive part or not, its still lower tier and common. Like I said, you can essentially just go on eBay pick up a complete bey for that price with the possibility of free shipping.. Wonder if the so-called expert, 'Ultra' consider that? RE: Selling customize grip base - Ultra - Mar. 01, 2017 I was simply offering another point of view but since you've gotten competitive I feel the need to point out a few things: -I never said the price was cheap. I agree with you there that it could be lower. -The price varies widely and while some of them do sell at around $24 - $28 including shipping that is a cheap price. -The main value of the beyblade is the base. The rest is junk. The only reason for a pure competitive player to buy it is the base. -You can't get a NIB one for $30. Nowhere near that actually. The cheapest one on YJA is $51 dollars. And then there will be fees and shipping on top. And the prices sellers are trying to get for on ebay are insane. -You were probably joking about the expert thing but you were the one that didn't even know people still play with them competitively... Firstly I did not say you can get a NIB for $30 - "Lets say after shipping it comes up towards $30 - for about 10$ more you can get a NIB one, or definitely a full blade" basically saying for $40 you can get an NIB one, if not, you will definitely get a complete (used) blade... so please check before writing. But I did buy an NIB last month for under $40 from YJA soo.... eBay always has sellers pricing items at ridiculous prices, many of them are based in Japan. I understand it's a rare piece and there are fees and so on but the mark up is still way too high. 2. I know people still play with plastics competitively - this is what I said "With all the new Beyblade series out, do many people play with plastics" the demand for competitive battles isnt so much, especially here in the UK. 3. The base is okay, the AR is a pretty competitive part too with the 4 spike smash attacks. I find the base of Dragoon V2 quite bad because the tip wears out much faster than the others and even in New condition, its pretty rounded and does not stick out so much like an S/F - this is my take on it at least. PS. I love our little exchanges ;-) |
