Recasting old gen1 plastic beyblades - Aaargh - Dec. 21, 2016

Seeing as how my hobby of prop making is slowly picking up some steam I can start working on skills with little side projects.
One of these projects would be to recast some old model beyblades, not for sale mind you! Just for my own collection/abuse. 

Does anyone here have some experience with this or would people like to see progress on this? 
What are your thoughts on this?

Yes am big fan recast anytime for me but i dont think this will apen

I have also seen another (more successful) version on youtube but cannot find it again. I think the versions above are a pretty good example of the results you can expect though. I recently tried this with bronze (tin and copper) using tin I actually excavated from the ground (cassiterite) and just got a horrible blobby mess. So yeah. Low expectations are the key! But yeah, I'd love to see your results.
