Found this about Prime Apocalypse's Infinite Lock Gimmick: (Google translate)
"Infinite Lock" authority guess: There is also a tunnel behind the "pseudo GT Chip", so that the Disk Stoppers (two protrusions in contact with the Layer) can pass through the yellow circle in the figure below; plus the Lock of the Layer is Independently swivel, so the entire Layer can also freely rotate. So, its kinda like the Burst Stopper, push the sword in and you'll be able to burst it, exactly like how the Burst Stopper works( well kinda)

I think of the Knockout base like a Lord Spriggan except it doesn't have any rubber, is only right-spin, and can support the Gen weight. Also, I think the reason there's only 1/24 chance is because the Gen weight has to be with the Knockout base, or else you have a random layer without a weight.

Not confirmed because we only see the top view of Knockout. If we have better angles that supports the theory that only Gen is supported, than we have reason to believe that.
Actually, it has already been debunked that Knockout only supports Gen. On marutii's Corocoro video, there is a recommended combo Knockout Valkyrie Zenith Trans' So. The So weight is apart of the combo, not Gen, meaning that Knockout supports all currently released Weights and Diaboros. At 0:51 is the combo in question.

I think I know what Takara Tomy is doing. So if The Layer Bases for GT are spelling out the alphabet then there are 7 letters left. there is 1 DX release and 3 normal releases left in GT. So if TT is spelling the alphabet then that means the DX Booster will come with 4 bases. Now here is the part I am less certain about Koryu means Rainbow Dragon and the Rainbow has 7 Colors. Drum has 3 layer bases the DX Booster will most likely come with 4 3+4=7. I think the DX Booster will be Dragon with 4 new bases.
Just a Theory. Also Credit to marutti for the 7 layer bases for Drum idea
