MSUV has a faster running core, which is why it can be considered superior to MS, and MSUV's RC is actually top tier.

Um no that belongs in the HMS Q & A thread since that's what it's for. Also yeah while Dragoon MSUV is better it will be a lot more expensive than a Dragoon MS.

Pretty much all of your posts would be nicer and just as helpful if you stopped using "um" and "what?" in them.
That said, the fact that someone like Hato would get it mixed up shows that it's at least a little confusing.
