Tried my hand at some edits to the list
I'm still dubious about Z Achilles and Winning Valkyrie's recoil (especially on the latter) but we'll only know once proper testing is done and they still seem worth considering. Crash Ragnaruk seems to have really good Stamina due to its metal placement (it's just its stock combo that's horrible) and Emperor Forneus seems pretty good
RE: Beyblade Burst Competitive Combos List & Public Discussion [TENTATIVE] - Dragunix - Jun. 20, 2018
how are sX, bK, and gZ faring nowadays? I'm guessing since hS was released, aB's spot has been taken, but I always wondered about the first 3, or rather, the latter two in the first 3 layers mentioned.
also, is lS completely dropped from the list due to layers like tN and wV? lS just doesn't seem as versatile nowadays in comparison.

I don't think Sieg Xcalibur and Nightmare Longinus can stick around for long, especially with Hell Salamander in play. I also want to re-evaluate how viable Bloody Longinus can be as it's the only thing in my tests that can beat Hell Salamander reasonably (the only problem is opposite spin battles with Bloody Longinus)
Made updates, hopefully they're accurate
RE: Beyblade Burst Competitive Combos List & Public Discussion [TENTATIVE] - Rebel Blader - Jun. 20, 2018
Can tN still be used on a ko setup without it bursting much? Also isnt yard too loose for stationary attack? Alsi imo nL isnt good enough now it should be replaced with bL as it does what nL does but better and improves its weakness. Also a lighter disk like 5 should be added for attack customizations as to trade power for speed and 5 also has better burst defense. I heard 8 increases movement for super z attack layers on ko setups so it shpuld be added in things to consider. Also i heard 8 has good balance so it can have use in spin equalizing set ups.

If hS was out of the picture, how would sX, nL, and aB be faring?
Also, what about A-Mold chips? Are MGCs just an overall better choice despite burst resistance being a small tradeoff?

A molds are best used on Deep Chaos and Screw Trident to minimize Centralized Weight, Layers like Twin Nemesis and Sieg Xcalibur have teeth more than strong enough to the point where A molds don’t matter
As for those other three, Nightmare Longinus would definitely fair better since Drain Fafnir would be the only Left Spin Defense type, not sure about Sieg Xcalibur and Arc Bahamut though, Twin Nemesis works better against Emperor Forneus due to the latter’s lack of balance and poor Stamina which Twin Nemesis worsens and I haven’t seen Arc Bahamut during the period after Spriggan Requiem was banned and before Hell Salamder released
RE: Beyblade Burst Competitive Combos List & Public Discussion [TENTATIVE] - Frostic Fox - Jun. 20, 2018
Probably worth noting that some A-molds may be better than others, and this may vary based on the layer you're trying to use, too. (Other molds may be better in certain cases as well.)

This is a few weeks late, but I wanted to make a companion video (though I only showed the first 10 rounds of each test to not bore viewers, it was mainly to show the procedure) to it. Also bigger projects like this take some time between planning them/actually doing them and then typing up this whole big post.
- Average min height: 5.6mm (A), 5.64mm (B), 5.66mm ©, 5.65mm(non-A), 5.63mm(all)
- Average max height: 7.22mm (A), 7.26mm (B), 7.28mm ©, 7.27mm(non-A), 7.25mm(all)
- Average inner diameter: 9.6mm (A), 9.52mm (B), 9.62mm ©, 9.57mm(non-A), 9.58mm(all)
- Average outer diameter: 5.6mm (A), 5.64mm (B), 5.66mm ©, 5.65mm(non-A), 5.63mm(all)
- Average weight: 0.47g (A), 0.482g (B), 0.488g ©, 0.485g (non-A), 0.48g (all)
- *NOTE: these averages exclude the MGCs because they would throw off the weight, and the metal on top seems to make them slightly taller (but not in a way that would affect tightness).
Interestingly enough, on average, the A# chips actually seemed to be smaller than non-A# chips - the only measurement where they were above average was the inner diameter. But that aside, there doesn't seem to be any significant correlation between production code and size. Also interesting to note that the size of the God Chip didn't really seem to have any relationship to how tight it subjectively felt in most God Layers - my bR and aC chips are both relatively small, yet bR consistently feels tight in almost every Layer while aC only feels average. Similarly, my dF and kS chips have almost the exact same dimensions (at least to the precision I could measure), yet dF feels significantly tighter than kS in almost every Layer.
As you can see in the video I used Guardian Kerbeus Knuckle Yielding and Victory Valkyrie Heavy Flugel as my control combos - both were balance tuned to the best of my ability (my gK doesn't balance very well with any competitive-ish Stamina setups aside from gK.8.Br, and I tried a whole bunch of V2.H/K/7.R/S/C/G/Fl setups but my only mold 3 V2 didn't balance too well with any of them). Used the Hasbro Dual Threat Launcher and B-09 Stadium, with gK always launched first, both combos were launched at around 85-90% power.

So overall, it seems like the fairest conclusion to draw from this testing at least is that having a God Chip that fits tightly in your Layer is more important than having specifically an A# chip, but if you happen to have one that is both a tight fit and an A#, that one might be the best choice. This might be a little skewed however, as the chip that subjectively felt tightest on gK was A#, so I might make a part 2 later using Twin Nemesis, where my C# Ark Bahamut chip feels the tightest, to see if the A# chip would still cause it to burst less.

Imo it seems like a good idea to make this thread, whether it really was a good idea is what I want to find out.
The nature of this topic changes rather quickly, so any help would be appreciated. If you can find any problems or think something’s out of place, please let me know :)

I think It's a topic that can be discussed whether the Destroy driver aims for the attack or not. I think it can also be used for attack, but the angle has to be the right one. Actually Destroy has some good LAD, but when it comes to stamina there are lots of defensive and stamina drivers surpassing it. That's why I won't disagree with you at that point. I'd say your List is a good one

I'd like to ask your reasoning on Hunter being a top-tier attack driver, since the WBO seems to have already deemed it competitively useless.
I'm not saying that it's a mandatory thing to follow that guideline, just curious as to your view on it

Star frame I’d more of a balance frame tipping towards the stamina side, rest great job.

It's not completely useless so long as the parts have high Outward-Weight-Distribution

Hunter is not as good as Jolt or Xtreme, but it is a good alternative. Its attack is also better than Destroy and Trans, which is why I placed it in 3rd

RE: Beyblade Burst Competitive Combos List & Public Discussion [TENTATIVE] - Frostic Fox - Aug. 23, 2018
I've fixed the first post of this thread to be the latest list, but we definitely need an update. If someone can put it together, I can put it in the first post.
Since similar threads are stickied in other sections, I've stuck this up as well.
@[leosama], I've merged your top parts thread into this one. I think the list of top parts and the top combos are pretty intertwined, so we can keep track of those things together.
Once we get the list of current competitive combos, and we can check the parts against it and take it from there. Really good idea to split it off, I think that will help a lot of people! (I know I spent a lot of time before trying to pick out a list of all the parts on a combo list before. So time-consuming!)

Also someone should try bL on Ds against right spin stuff. Also added revolve and Eternal with rP.Also i suggest taking Friction and Weight in consideration for Stationary attack. Also i would like to adadd Sr on the list especially Sr 0/7/10 Lift(down mode) Br as it seems it can beat everything in opposite spin
