can you make a tournament in the Minnesota area? i'm to young to try to make one and i don't know how to anyway.

Unfortunately, only people who also live in Minnesota or in surrounding regions can host tournaments there, so you should discuss that with them in the thread dedicated to that area, here :

Hosting one yourself is really easy : you just need a minimum of seven confirmed participants, and at least one legal BeyStadium. Be sure to read the Rulebook and Event Guide to know more about organising tournaments :
