nacnate, I would like to inform you that you have nothing intelligent to say anymore; actually you have had nothing in your bank for a while. Personally, an event proposal submitted by you would never get accepted for multiple reasons, therefore there is no point in this topic anymore : everybody else who has hosted a tournament for the World Beyblade Organization has never had so many problems understanding the basic concepts.
I personally do not warn you because it seems you are naturally this way ... Perhaps somebody else will want to do the contrary though.

Nacnate, the decision isn't up to you. If you don't find the terms agreeable, don't host an event. It is that simple.
