This thread is for anybody with inquiries on what is and is not banned in the limited format. I have my question which is: Is Counter Perseus(Attack ver.) UW145RS legal? The clear wheel fits perfectly fine and it is too light/

Perseus should only be used on gravity. Gravity is banned in limited, so you can' t use Perseus either. Plus that is an illegal combo, which speaks for itself. No, your beyblade is not legal in any tournaments, even standard format.
