It's a high-stamina attack based beyblade. Any tips on how to improve it?

It also has high recoil.. So you might need to put MF - H to reduce the recoil . Or perhaps a kerbecs or Aquario clear wheel to make it heavier.

Hmmm. I think I may put the MF-H but i'm keeping Phoenix. Is rock good for this?

This doesn't really need a topic since you didn't test anything, next time use Ask a Question, Get a Answer.
But anyways, I recommend changing Rock to Burn and if possible, lower the height to 90-105. If not, stay with D125.
