You should add a prefix possibly for tournament interest. If you just want a battle, it will get closed.

If you want to make a new tournament, it needs to be approved first. For everything, you need to use an existing Sacramento topic. Therefore, until a new event is proposed and then approved, there is no need to create a new thread.
