As the description of this sub-forum says in bold, only the topic creator and the staff can see inside a thread. As such, you would need to ask this question in the Sacramento topic that we most likely already have in the WBO General - North America forum.
However, I can tell you that we have not received an Event Proposal for Sacramento this year, so nobody took the initiative to gather enough people and host a tournament there.
