I personally think it will be better then budokai,that is if it's similar to Dragon Ball Online.

Confirmed that it will also be released for PC through Steam, but it is not known for which OSs it will be distribuited. This is the first Dragon Ball official game to came on PC. -Zeq is not a real DB game, idem for other games-
I haven't voted because I don't want to say something that we can't know, but probably this could be the best DBZ game ever released, hopefully better than DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3.

There's also another PC game coming out called "Dragon Ball Online Revelations", it's alot like Dragonball Online, however this one isn't official and it's fan made, yet it's very in-depth.
