Hey guys, just tying some loose ends here - phreshD - Nov. 16, 2009 Hey guys, Im new to the site. Lol, i heard about the new anime beyblade and i just heard about the metal beyblades and i was like "oh shi*!!!" i'm pretty old now (which is kinda embarrasing that im interested in blades still) but hearing about the new things coming out (plus the 2010 release in North America!! so excited) i just needed to get back into it! so, from reading all the info. and using the search button countless times, I've concluded that you can't buy beyblades anymore from stores (like target, wal-mart, toy stores etc). However, they sell them online. Right? Most online sites I see don't seem too reliable, so which sites are the most trustworthy ones that I can give my credit card number too and stuff? Because Im not a huge fan of buying things online (cuz im like paranoid LOL) and id much rather buy things from stores. however, 2010 of spring is just too long of a wait.. GUH. HOwever, I do remember this one time I went to Target, and i passed by the toy aisle, and I saw the Hard Metal system beyblades. At the time, I lost interest in them so I didn't bother to buy them... (oh how I regret it so much now) so just to get things straight... did stores USED to sell the metal blades? and are they now discontinued or something? ahh well taht's the current things I was confused with... also, i was looking at BeyChannel on Youtube, and i was looking at the tournaments and stuff,,,... how the EFF do all those ppl have metal blades? goodness makes me jealous. >_> just kidding.. (or am i?) anyways, thats all i have to say..hopefully someone can solidify my confusion. thanks ya'll and I can't wait to learn more! RE: Hey guys, just tying some loose ends here - Kai-V - Nov. 16, 2009 We have a topic in the Bey Marketplace forum that lists all the reliable stores that still sell Beyblade. We cannot do more than that. Stores used to sell the Heavy Metal System beyblades, but only those in Japan are now selling Metal Fight Beyblade, for the moment. Metal Fight Beyblade was only released in August 2008 in Japan. In the future, try to use the Ask a question, get an answer! thread to ask questions. I must say it is quite good that you at least used the Search function and that you read things around. Nobody does that usually ... RE: Hey guys, just tying some loose ends here - phreshD - Nov. 16, 2009 Yeah I saw the market palce and saw the website.. but I just dunno.. they seem unreliable... u know what i mean? haha but my apologies for posting this in the wrong place '' soo.. metal fight beyblades are different from hard metal system, and the hard metal system is discontinued? all this beyblade stuff is mad confusing xD RE: Hey guys, just tying some loose ends here - Bey Brad - Nov. 16, 2009 Use this: http://wiki.worldbeyblade.org/index.php/Main_Page It's there for a reason. RE: Hey guys, just tying some loose ends here - Kai-V - Nov. 16, 2009 As far as I know, we do not list stores unless we know that people have indeed gotten the items they requested and that they were not fake. The Beyblade toyline was suspended in 2005, so yes, the Heavy Metal System was ceased. I am going to close this now. Use the other topic I mentioned if you have any other questions. |
