I am hoping that there will be a Toys R Us tournament in Ontario sometime during 2014. If there is going to be one please reply.

Which part of Ontario do you live in? Toronto has many tournaments, if you'd be interesting in attending one.
Toys R Us tournaments aren't too competitive to begin with. I remember one in 2013 where you weren't able to use any of your customizations, but were able to use the ones that the store offered to you. The tournaments on this forum are more competitive than the ones at Toys R Us by a far.

However, there are no events planned in Toys "R" Us in 2014 right now. Only the World Beyblade Organization's tournaments are guaranteed, but if something gets announced during 2014, it will be posted in the topic above.
