I knew this was going to be the best format ever before I got through the first paragraph.
Nice one guys. I was flipping out for a few seconds there.
However, in all seriousness, under the circumstances, wouldn't you consider leaving Rock legal a step in the wrong direction? I mean, there's the entire Defense, Stamina and Attack meta right there. Flame could possibly outclass it as a destabilizer, and perhaps Grand for Defense, but TBH looking at the options we have for Attack it seems like the weight advantage could cause some problems in tournament play.
That and the fact that X : D is still legal, and with Rock's crazy versatility MF-F Rock Or so X : D could potentially turn into a Balance powerhouse, overpowering most Stamina types, Defense types, and TBH with such heavy weight/great distro probably every Attacker as well. That doesn't seem like a situation we want to get into.

It's okay guys, your Earth wheels etc are still good to go - though it would be neat to see this thread perhaps remain (un-stickied) as a discussion thread for the joke format (though TheBlackDragon is probably completely right about Rock).
