Damn, a fake Advance Guardian MS and the seller fraudulously calls it a "Takara Tomy Valiant" ? I never even saw much fake in HMS ...

That's Advance Guardian, not Round Shell MS.
But yeah, I never really saw fake HMS's either. The only one I remember was a Dragoon MS which roux got on here from Fury, without knowing ..

The description says it was made by a different company, and he was unsure if it was affiliated with Takara.

There's something more hilarious than that-
The Horogium CW has the Roman numeral 3 printed on it. There is no gap in the CW.
Moreover, the position of the hands of the clock is slightly different too.

Yes, even I was thinking about that for a moment...
If it doesn't have that gap, it certainly would be quite heavy. But as you said, they wouldn't make it heavy- as its fake.
It would be interesting to see how a "Balanced Basalt" would do though.

The plastic beys I'm 95% confident that they're not fake since they have Takara Tomy(TT) markings on their parts, I'm not so sure about the Dragoon MS since HMS parts doesn't have TT markings on them.

Which is y i said "i would never pay more then $10 for that" anyone selling that many beys for that much is 99.99% going to be fake, i would be stupid not to tell that its fake lol, no one in their right mind would sell 205 beys for that much, i probely should have put that i knew they were fake. My saying is if it looks to good to be true it most likely is.

No, Hasbro is genuine. It's just the American/non-Asian version which is sold worldwide. It is licensed by TOMY.
