Enter it in paypal like you would a credit card.

If it's something like a Visa gift card, it probably won't work.

We're not Paypal or ebay support. Please use the paypal website to find your answer. You need your branch number and your account number. It's all on the website. If you're unsure of what those figures are then ask your parents.
