Ok, first, the chapters waaaay to short. Try to make it longer by doing these:
Describe the scene. They could be in a Veggie Tales movie for all we know.
Describe the characters.
Describe the situation. How did the protagonist get into this?
Also, grammar needs a bit of work. Seems interesting though.

Never saw the movie, so I'm not really sure what you're saying. Just try to build the environment more.
