I've seen in Kmart and toy r us one year before, but now they are almost disappeared.
Where can I buy it now, I don't want online shops,thank you.

Well, I don't know much about Beyblades in stock over in Australia, but this really isn't the place for this question. Try posting it here!

It appears that major stores aren't selling them here anymore. I've tried Target and Big W yet I haven't seen any for ages. I haven't tried Toys'R'Us for over a year. Your best bet is to maybe find a hobby store.
However, mentioning you are in Sydney, I'm planning of hosting a tournament in Sydney some time next year so if you want you should PM me!

Melbourne's stock has cleared out as well, sadly, in basically all the major store chains: big w, target, k mart, toys r us, etc. The only place that I know has a few is Toyworld.
