Welcome!!!!! U must go to tournaments to battle WBO member and get bey points

Yes you enter tournaments and let them know your username. Then every match you win you get bey points (see the help section on bey points)
Also to get a profile picture (if you want) go to user CP then click profile picture then click upload then upload a picture!
