When it comes to stamina, which tip you use:
Wide Defense
Semi Defense
Polished Defense
Defense
Big Wide Defense
Wave Wide Defense
Eternal Wide Defense
or Eternal Defense Sharp?
I would use EDS and EWD when it comes to this stuff.

The type would depend on the combination you are using, and what's best for it.
