Monaco: What's Yours is Mine, is a game available on Steam.com for $14.99 US dollars. It is a bit of strategy, puzzle, and adventure. It is a top-down-view game, and I think it is very interesting.

Considered buying this on the Steam Summer Sale, but the price didnt come down enough for my liking.
I have heard that it is a blast though, I plan to get it next time it goes on sale though.
