Jaze- I really like your Sig! The monochromatic colors fit in well! The effects are good and so does the lighting! I ,also, like the text. the picture is cut out cleanly as well!
LDrago- hmm the background and text font is ok but I find it unnecessary to put in the text " This sig is awesome and will beat Jaze". Also the picture of Ichigo looks strangely cut out ( sorry). Also, the thing to the left of the text, looks like it is apart of the cut out....

It's true that Ldrago is more indepth but he has a sharp cut to it which i dislike with the sharp contrast of white to black.
Jaze's is flowing and smooth and more pleasable to me.

Jaze's is better. For one thing, maybe you are unaware of what black and white means, but there is color in your design. In addition to that, the character is cropped poorly, the text has no real purpose, and overall it just feels like a mess of images piled on top of each other.
