Hi there. You guys on WBO possess bigger knowledge about these things, that's why im going to ask. I would really like to know if this BGM has been released?

I've checked the whole G-Revolution single, but i couldn't find it. Not to mention, it really sounds like Michael Jackson's "Black or White", and plays during Beyblade's Michael triumph. Coincidence XD ?

Yes, unfortunately it is one of the many good background songs in G Revolution which were not released.
In the future, you can simply use the "Beyblade Anime and Manga Questions" thread for questions like this.
