Hello, anyone know where I can purchase the RPM measurement tool. The one used to measure how fast the beyblade is spinning.

Uh, they're called digital (laser) tachometers.
You can get them off eBay for about $20 or so.

Not sure .. But I've seen many people get the ones with the orange end, like this :
