Rules
Each player will have 4 lives and the damage ratio will be 1.5. NO special brawls. Please post the winner of each match here. If you go somewhere during the match it will be considered 'Forfeit'. The stage that we will use is Final Destination. All items must be turned off. Please PM our opponent what time is good for you to brawl.

I'll sign up for this. However this would be the 4th time someone has tried to get a tournament through. (1st and 2nd attempts were mine, 3rd was sonoro's) I recommend putting some type of standards for the tournament rules etc... Also, do you think PMing FC is a good idea? It might make it harder for people to find them? At least from what I have seen, I definatly want to join love SSBB I really need a Date when the tournament will be though.

Well I want it to go quickly and I could not decide between 3 or 5 so I made it 4.

If you really want to make the matches go faster, then you could just put a time limit with additional rule settings option to use Stock with a Time limit.
Shouldn't items be turned off? All common tournaments turn items off because its the common rule set to eliminate the unfair luck factor of the game also know as items.
I casually play with 3 Stock and a 10 minute time limit, commonly matches take under 5 minutes with 3 lives so it honestly won't take long I think that applying a Time Limit instead of altering the default setting of which lots of people play on. 4 Lives is fun but isn't 2.0 Damage slightly ridiculous? It would make some characters spammed by everyone to one hit KO the other participants ridiculously ruining the gameplay somewhat making this into who doesn't mistime the jump and get one hit KOed.

Seems better but I'm going to have to do more preparation then, since the character who worked best in 2x might not be so good in 1.5x.
