This thread is to discuss the upcoming new Nick show: Sanjay and Craig.
Me: When it comes to cartoons, there's funny-rediculous, and then there's just plain rediculous. A good example of just plain rediculous for me: Sanjay and Craig. I have nothing against the show, but it just seems like one of those cartoons where every moment is "special-ed" material. We kids like some rediculousness in cartoons, but, to me, if you put too much of it in a cartoon, people will be like: "What's wrong with those guys?" Of course, I'm just basing my opinion on the commercials, and it might change once the show airs if it's good. But we'll see.
Funny-rediculous shows would be like Incredible Crew, MAD, So Random, and other skit-sitcoms like those.

I can't judge it yet because I haven't seen it (I don't think its out), but it has that "Beevis and Butthead" animation, and just the trailers for it look plain weird. It doesn't look too great, but it might not be too bad.

Just saw an episode of Sanjay and Craig. I'll admit, it wasn't AS stupid as I thought it would be. It was actually kind of funny in some parts. Still plain rediculous (Butt transplant? Really?), but only half as rediculous as I thought. Not too bad.

Well, actually, Sanjay and Craig does have that close appearance to Beavis and Butthead's material; just in a kid entertainment way. But either way, both those shows are plain ridiculous in my book. They do have their funny moments, but still.

Yeah, then it's also a lot like South Park, "just in a kid entertainment way". The whole thing about Beavis and Butt-Head is that they are obscene idiots, not kid entertainment lol
If anything, it's animation however is a whooooole lot closer to the animation of Bob's Burgers.

I think we can all agree [i]Sanjay and Craig[/u] has properties relative to many shows, appearance and material wise. And those look close to double chins.

Okay so I've watched some of the currently released episodes and it's okay, but not good. Some of the things they do is stupid and that makes it not that funny. I mean butt transplant, that episode was really weird. Although I do have good things to say about it. Some of the episodes aren't to bad. For some reason I like the Max D. episode more than the others.

Yeah. Maximum Denis was pretty funny. I liked the game they were playing and the Hot Wings. "We'll give you samenilaaaaaaaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAHH!!!!" LOL

Ok, I love this show, it makes me laugh sooooo much. In the commercial before it came out I always thought the snake was Sanjay and the kid was Craig, it is actually way better than I expected
