If Zagart's scientists had a name? I remember reading "Team Psykick II", but I honestly don't remember where or if it was accurate.

The scientists are referred to as "Engineer A, Engineer B, Engineer C" in the cast list.
If you meant all the beybladers they sent to attempt to steal team BBA's holy beasts or whatever, they probably have the same names, save for a few exceptions.
I am not so sure about "Team Psykick II" though.
