G Wrote:That's a nice 1/144 HG kit, but for $27? You could get like a good 1/100 kit for like a couple extra dollars. I agree, building kits relaxes you Smile

Oh man, I figured this out AFTER I bought it and checked HLJ. But, the store only had about three 1/100 kits, and averaged at about $65 (Lukas Strike, Justice Gundam, some 00 Gundam).

Probably gonna buy some from HLJ after I can afford some better kits.

Throne Eins isn't totally black, it's more of a dark dark brown too. Kinda disappointed me there.

I'll have to invest in some hobby tools as well to make sure everything is super duper perfect too haha.

RE: Recent Purchases - SexyMichael - Jul. 07, 2008

I've always wanted a gundam model but never got one.

RE: Recent Purchases - mdhvdukshsj - Jul. 07, 2008

dont do it

RE: Recent Purchases - bugturtles - Jul. 07, 2008

do it only if you have time and patience

and high tolerance for little details

and if you want a cool looking robot on your desk for display

RE: Recent Purchases - SexyMichael - Jul. 07, 2008

By wanting one I mean that I'll probably buy a 1/144 $6.00 one.

And I won't paint it or any carp. How hard can that be?

RE: Recent Purchases - Roan - Jul. 07, 2008

Meh go for it then. It'll literally take like 5 mins to build a 1/144 kit (from SEED and so on)

I don't have the money for a ballin one. And I want a few to test out if I like them.

I'll probably get Exia, Dynames and Kyrios from 00.

okay sweet, because after complaining about those earbuds i got a few pages back,
i decided to buy a second pair after loosing an earbud to the first pair
and now this pair wont even stay in my ears, and their carp earbuds.
they jam right into your ear, why the hell they dont stay in is beyond me.
