RE: Recent Purchases - Wizard - Oct. 13, 2015

This felt like getting gold in the mail, lol.

RE: Recent Purchases - Bey Brad - Oct. 13, 2015

Is that a Sentai script or something?

Yes! It's the script for the first episode of Abaranger. I guess I should have said that, it wasn't too obvious.

RE: Recent Purchases - Bey Brad - Oct. 13, 2015

I'm amazed I was able to guess :')

Thanks Smile I haven't watched too much of it myself, but I remember being really into Dino Thunder as a kid so even watching Abaranger feels kind of nostalgiac to me.

For $1.50, not even mad it could take 2 months to get here.

Or not.

This thing is like double the size of a normal pad Grin

RE: Recent Purchases - ClaraM - Oct. 20, 2015

Just bought my tickets to see The Force Awakens when it premieres here in the UK. This Star Wars nerd is very happy Joyful_3

They were expensive and difficult to get but hopefully it'll be worth it. It's a good thing I don't go to the cinema too often.

RE: Recent Purchases - MissingNo. - Oct. 20, 2015

I'm also very excited about the new Star Wars movies, but kinda scared about the fact that Disney own the rights.

Same here, Disney tend to ruin everything they touch lol. I was encouraged by JJ Abrahams' involvement as director though, and the fact that the original cast are in this one and looking great is a good sign. I guess I'll see but I do hope it's not another Episode 1 situation.

RE: Recent Purchases - Bey Brad - Oct. 20, 2015

Yeah, it would be awful if Disney were to tarnish Star Wars' pristine reputation that George Lucas worked so hard to build. Wink

Shhhh, we don't talk about the "movies who shall not be named." It never happened and I don't know what you're talking about... Tongue_out_wink

RE: Recent Purchases - Thresher - Oct. 28, 2015

Just bought MG Zeta Gundam 2.0 and Dragonball Z RoF. Might build it tonight if Halo doesn't distract me.

RE: Recent Purchases - Wizard - Nov. 01, 2015

It's halloween and I have nothing to do so I picked up the Gamera trilogy on Blu Ray on my way home from work. Giant monster movies are perfect for halloween.

RE: Recent Purchases - ClaraM - Nov. 12, 2015

My Gear S2 came in the post today. It's so good, I had the Gear 2 before but this new one is definitely much better.

RE: Recent Purchases - Meta madness - Nov. 18, 2015

Finally found another copy of Saturday night fever, the 30th year anniversary version. Now only if I can find a VHS copy...

RE: Recent Purchases - Blitz - Nov. 20, 2015

Just bought my Early Bird Deluxe Special ticket for Impericon Festival in London next year. I'm hoping Blessthefall will be playing the London date as they're my favourite band.

Also bought my Beartooth gig ticket a couple of weeks ago and they are playing on the 24th of this month which I'm really looking forward too! Can't wait to get involved in some mosh pits haha!

RE: Recent Purchases - Hato - Nov. 29, 2015

Just bought a Yarn Yoshi amiibo! Had a $10 gift card, and this little guy needed me <3

RE: Recent Purchases - RDF3 - Dec. 19, 2015

Dunno if this fits here, but I just got Legacy of the Void yesterday. Man, been waiting to get it for months now.

Also got a Seagate 1TB external hard disk from my dad. My laptop has only 130GB of storage space before that, so hello My Little Pony friendship is magic episode collection! Don't have anymore than three at the moment though.

How is LotV? I want to get into it but some of the units and changes they did during the beta made me throw up, I really liked HotS and LotV looked scary with all of the weird stuff they did to the units

RE: Recent Purchases - Half Nail - Dec. 27, 2015

Had a gift card to my local record store and found this cool piece of music:

A pink vinyl version of Primus' Frizzle Fry. From the sticker on the shrink wrap I guess Primus participated in a breast cancer awareness campaign and released a Record Store Day limited version of their first album in pink. Luckily, the store still had a copy, and it was only twenty bucks, so I snatched it. It's Primus and pink, how could I say no?

Also, for anyone wondering, you should definitely listen to this album. It's super weird and manic, but Les Claypool is one of the best and most unique bassists you'll ever hear.

RE: Recent Purchases - DRAGON KING - Dec. 28, 2015

I got a giftcard to Barnes and Noble for christmas, and I found Gundam figures to my surprise (Bandai distributes in NA?). I'm a Gundam noob, but I bought MK II and Gundam Z for 9.95 each. They were the only ones in that price group (I call them boosters, haha).

RE: Recent Purchases - Meta madness - Dec. 28, 2015

I bought a burrito, more specifically the receipt was the best part of the purchase.
