is it okay that we battle with HMS beyblade in WBO turnaments even if alll used MF beyblades!?

Up to the tournament organizer. If the tournament is MFB only then you have to use MFB. If it is open format, then you can use plastics, HMS, and MFB. This is all in the rulebook. Check it out
