Problem with the "vlog" style videos is that you don't look at the camera. Instead, you look at the computer screen. While watching the video, it looks as if you are looking down, and not at the viewer.

What Takasu said is correct, it can take some practice ^^
When people look for tutorials they like to see things that are very clear.
One way to do this is to use photo's on the screen whilst you're still speaking, (As photo's are often alot clearer then video footage. Especially if you're using a webcam?)
I like the way you went into the information of how to get the board, alot of people forget things like that =)
