Hat do you mean? If you are using chrome or safari, when you start up there will be a panel with 6 or soweb pages on.

I believe Top Sites is new to Safari 4, so if you don't have it then you'll need to upgrade.

i'm not sure if my comp can handle it (256mb ram), i'm already pushing its limit with the latest itunes (which i have to keep updating because of iphone)

i'll be getting a new laptop soon so i'll be sure to check it out once i get it

Maz, Chrome 3 beta is really stable and much better. And it supports themes! I've got a floral one on now. I advise people to upgrade to it.
