[Story] Disapearance - Cookie Bouquets - Sep. 05, 2012
Prologue
"Come home quick!" my mom says while I exit the door.
"yeah," I reply.
I get into my car and start the engine. I started driving yesterday, and this is my first time driving alone. At an intersection, the light turned red, and a speeding car raced and smashed into my car. My car spun, the pain was horrifying. Lights flashed and sirens honked, I saw it all. I blacked out, and woke up in a hospital bed. A younger girl, around twelve walks in.
"Kanashi!" She yells while running up to me and hugging me.
I was phased by this. I have no idea who this girl is.
"Who, exactly are you?" I reply.
"What do you mean?" She asks sadly.
"I'm Shiawase, your sister," she says coldly after her question.
"Really now, your probably in the wrong room, try the next room over," I shoot back.
"But-"
"Next room," I cut her off.
She leaves the room. I lay back on my pillow and sigh.
"People, these days," I say to myself, "Who is Kanashi?"
I think about this all day, before I sleep, of course.
Chapter 1: Discharged
In a dream.
"Kanashi!" She yelled.
"Shiawase!" I yell back.
I turn around and see a gunman, and get shot.
Reality
"Hah!" I yell, while sweating.
What dream was that? Why was that girl in my dream? Something is going on. I swallow, and get up and walk over to the tiny bathroom. I brush my teeth, and go to the large cafeteria. I get the usual breakfast, bread, butter, and milk. I walk towards an empty table and sit. I eat fast so I can leave early. I throw away my trash, and walk out. I couldn't believe what I saw. Her. She turns around and approaches me.
"Hey, you!" Shiawase yells.
"What?!?" I shoot back.
She punches me in the stomach.
"Gah!" I yell in pain.
"I'm discharging you today!" She screams angrily.
"Why?" I say, "I like it here."
"Too bad!" She shoots back.
She punches me again, and drags me out into a car. She enters the car through the other door. I sit up and buckle my seat belt. I look over and see a woman, who looks nothing like my mom. This woman had long brown hair, and hazel eyes.
"Who are you?" I ask.
"You are my son, obviously, she replies, "Last year, my son, Kanashi, ran away."
"We searched everywhere for him," She adds, "And now, we found you."
"But!" I yell back.
"No!" Shiawase yells, "No fighting!"
"That is how you ran away, wasn't it?" She adds.
"I'm telling you! I'm not this Kanashi guy!" I exclaim, "It's nice knowing you as a friend, but we aren't family!"
"Are you sure?" The woman shouts, "Here is proof!"
She pulls out a picture of this "Kanashi" guy. I think, I will find this guy. Chapter 2: Looking part 1
We drive towards a house, and stop. I get out, and offer for me to search for Kanashi. I walk towards a nearby forest. I look down by my feet, and see a piece of metal, covered in red. I look at it at first, and then I pick it up. I inspect it carefully and notice that it is shaped like a used bullet. I look towards where the bullet tip was facing, and walk to the forest.
I notice an intricate path of darker dirt. Making sure not to damage it, I walk by it and follow the path. I walk to an intersection, and notice that there is two paths of darker dirt. I take the right path and end up at a dead end. What was Kanashi doing at this time? Was he trying to trick his killer into a deadly trap? I saw a closed bear trap, and noticed it was blood covered. Did Kanashi fall into this trap? Did the parents commit the murder and pretend to not know about this? I think for a while and hear a noise in the grass. I pass it off as nothing and walk away.
I take the path to the left, and the trail continues. Chapter 3: Looking part 2
I kept walking down the winding trail, until it came to a stop. The was nothing left except for a lot of trees. Ight, this story will be approx 5 chapters and will have a epilogue. That is all
