Um no chance that you'll get that for $35. You can't even get the stadium for that price from ebay.

Honestly, 35-40 bucks can get you 2 starters/synchrom boosters and maybe the revup and nothing else. Or you can save the 40 bucks to buy a stadium from buzztoyshop with no tracking.
I would highly suggest that you increase your budget because that won't really get anywhere.
