Chapter 1: The War Begins...again
Since the time of the Empires defeat, The Republic enjoyed many years of peace and tranquility. Many young Jedi's learn the way of the force with the masters. One of the most notable is Travis Howard. A young Jedi Padawan who rose the ranks to become Luke's official Padawan.
Word has spread that a mysterious organisation called R.I.S.E is coming to end the long peace.
Three years passed, Travis has become a professional Jedi Counselor who wields a green colored lightsaber. Republic's satellites has detected a huge spaceship in space, massing with a large, powerful Clone Troopers ready for attack. Howard noticed this and searches for help, until one day he had discovered a single, heavily wounded clone troop unconscious in the desert.
He clones the trooper, massing a million of Clone troopers. Along with Howard's Jedi fellows, they are massing an army of galactic forces.
THE WAR HAS BEGUN
Chapter 2: Invasion
New Republic's satellites has identified the ship as R.I.S.E's primary spaceship HQ, led by a cyborg Sith emperor.
"How is our invasion going?" the emperor questioned
"Sir, the planet's satellites has spotted us. They will fire at us!" a commander said
"Hmm, not if we fire at them first!" the emperor commanded
A large missile was fired at the satellites, jamming the tracking devices from the satellites. Republic lost track of the spaceship.
"Send the first line of troopers!!" The emperor commanded
The Sith cyborg summons 10 feet (3 meters), highly armored versions of clone troopers to the New Republic and start to cause havoc. the assault forces have been alarmed and was dispatched into action, but still, noone can resist the power of the upgraded clone troopers. Now it's up to Travis to stop them.
"Move, move!" the troop commander said
"Show them clone robots what you're made of!" Travis said with trust
They flew to the city near Mos Eisley's. As always, the emperor summoned air forces too.
"We have encountered heavy resistance!" Slinger said, a skilled pilot and a fierce combatant in the field, she highly masters the martial arts and weaponry.
"Are the machines damaged?" A clone trooper asked
"No, but some will if the fire continues!" Slinger replied
"Not for long! Yaahhh!!!" Travis said
Howard sharply throws his lightsaber into the explosives in one of the aircrafts, sending it exploding with fire and scrap metal
"Retreat!!!" the emperor's pilot said

Good, but make the chapters longer and it seems that this takes place during the NEW Republic, correct? If so, you might want to say "New Republic" instead of just "Republic."
Also, maybe consider revising a little bit.
Which side are the Clone Troopers on?
Last but not least, since the Travis dude has a Green Saber, he is a Jedi Counselar, right?

Since the Travis "dude" found the trooper unconscious, he programmed it to be on HIS side.
