Dude,please stop using short forms because this Organization is not a chat room.I use to do it before but then I stopped.And yeah,your team can grow if you do the following:
1.Say your Team and you to stop spaming(lot of Teams have been closed down because of that).
2.Try to Pm every Possible member and ask them to join say the advantages and disadvantages(This is to the Captain of the team or the Vice-captain can help).
3.Read the Team rules.
