My Short Comedy Stories! - Viral - Aug. 11, 2012
I find doing novels hard, so I decided to do short stories which fell in the "comedy" genre. So here is my first Short Comedy Story!
My Sad Yet Awesome Life
I'm always bullied, but I don't really care. I get pushed and I say, “mehâ€. This is how it goes everyday. Once I remember going to the bathroom, and I went in. I was bursting to poop all my poop out, so I didn't bother looking if there was anyone there. Man do I hate it when those bullies pee on the toilet seat, I had 2 choices:
1.Hold all that nasty pain killing poop
2.Sit on all that disgusting waste
And so...I couldn't hold it so I just jumped up and sat on the toilet seat. “AHHHHHH!!â€, I screamed my head off so hard that I think I heard someone open the door. The reason I screamed was because I sat on all that waste without taking my pants off! The door suddenly was forcefully pushed back, “Someone's trying to break the door!!!†I whispered. The door came off and as quick as I can be I stood up and pretended to blow my tissue with the tissue in the toilet. Man, was the tissue full of No. 1, but this was all to hide the misery I received.
I heard someone laughing from above me, and I saw Mike. Or, Mike the bully you can say, he was recording my misery! “Darn you!â€, I went to grab his face but the janitor who broke the door to save me grabbed me and screamed at my face, “NO FIGHTING IN HERE MATE!â€. His spit is all over my face, “Watch Mike I will get you back!†I whispered.
“What was that toilet freak?â€, Mike said. He must've heard me! “Go back to c-c-class boysâ€, the janitor happily said whilst spitting on my face. I went back to class full with anger, I want to bash Mike, I will get him back I said angrily to keep my cool down. Mike acts like nothing happened, going on his phone like that
We came back to class and everyone was coincidently checking their mobile phone. “Toilet Freak! Toilet Freak!†roared everyone. “SHUTUP!†I screamed with all my might, “Mike Michells I said I was going to get you back and now...*explosion* Everyone left the classroom except Mike, who was lying on the floor suffocating. I left with a mighty grin, remembering what happened.
The Society
Society has changed a lot, I see kids trying to copy their elders in every way possible. Here are some possible changes in society:
1.Kids around 10 where Chino's and tight skinny jeans
2.They are all addicted in “loveâ€
3.They throw their toys and go shopping to grab MA +15 video games
Those are 3 out of lets say...9000 or OVER 9000?
Let's get explaining those 3 changes.
No. 1: One person had to just take those travellers clothes and turn it into something called “Slag or spag or swagâ€. And when someone tried it out they knew it was tight but they placed those warm jackets and a beanie that was extremely long, and so another person wore it and that cycle went on UNTIL it had to just reach these kids. Jeans so tight they rip and they show your buttocks when you bend down. I mean what kind of style is this? Buttock showing clothes?
No. 2: Love, love, love is what is talked about these days. Tv, newspaper and even reality. Kids even have a crush, tiny or small...â€YOUR TOO YOUNG!†I would say. I'm going to admit I used to like someone, but I gave up when bullies had to rise up and take my chance. They take it too seriously in terms of being too young. Referring to 'No.1' swag came to rise and the Buttock showing skinny clothes came dragging along, and before you now it BAM you both love each other and that is how society is with 'love'.
No. 3: Society didn't just bring love or swag, it brand rude scenes into video games. With swag and love together, bah. Those kids won't even hesitate to listen to their parents when they say not to buy MA +15 games. They get the games with the rudest scenes, and tell everyone what they've seen and say it out loud when theres girls to show off.
Please leave feedbacks! More short stories coming soon!

I made a new short comedy story, you won't find it that funny but part 1 is only released. So be patient for part 2 of my new short comedy The Society

Well... These seem more obscene than funny, honestly. Toilet humor isn't great nowadays. Rant-humor, however, is VERY hard to pull off. It's too hit-or-miss. Watch "Totally Biased: with W. Kumau Bell". His jokes are all ranty, but they're either hilarious or hardly chuckle-worthy. Now, the idea is pretty cool. Writing comedy in place of performing it is a great idea. It's just got to flow better, have pristine grammar, and actually seem like someone could perform it.
I understand humor writing and comedy writing can be different. I get that. You still have to look at it the same way. Your goal is to get laughs, right? Then your goal in ranty-types, like The Society, should be to poke fun at norms, and address them in a funny, yet still true, way. You can't just point out what's wrong. That's depressing or boring. You've got to spin it so either the problem seems ridiculously bad, or the solution is just hilarious.
Anything else is up in the air. In comedy, your goal is to get some type of feeling. Humor writing works the same way. Toilet humor with no plot (Unless it has such a pathetic plot, it's funny... See Raigeko13/Th!nk's parody of modern WBO writing to get what I mean) isn't going to draw anything from anyone but a tired groan. While it's meant to be funny, a plot is still necessary. It can't be too ridiculous.
Sorry 'bout that. I'm not putting you down or anything. Those were pointers on how to make your stories a bit funnier. Think of them like a written comedy concert. Rather, study your favorite comedian and try to implement his/her tendencies into your writing.
