The two ebay sellers I mentioned are where I get a lot of things. It will be cheaper than what anyone else will sell to you.

It's been accepted that non-HWS currently outrank HWS for top in their individual areas. I.e:
Quetzalcoatl > Storm Pegasis (Though, LL Drago is a Hybrid and is a serious candidate for tier 1)
Virgo > Flame Sagittario
Libra > Rock Leone
Fortunately, you can get Virgo and Libra in the BB-22 Defense and Stamina Reshuffle, which is cheap. Dickson_c is selling s few for 27 including shipping and 31 including shipping. Buzztoy has a "real" one on auction right now. If i were you, I would hope on the one for 27 from Dickson_c.
Unfortunately, Quetzalcoatl will cost you a pretty penny and I hear it's going out of production soon.

even quetz 2 (essentially a quetz recolour) is becoming a hard find, I think i can only see one left on ebay... and that is nice and costly as it comes with the NDS MFB game

L Drago isn't so great
